A visit to the Guru Amar Das Gurdwara

On Sunday I was honoured to attend a meeting (during Hospice Care Week) at the Guru Amar Das Gurdwara in Leicester to support local charities. I was pleased to be able to speak in support of the LOROS charity and Rainbow Hospice, in support of Anjana Vaja, Ajmer Kaur Mahal and Gurpreet Santini.

On Friday I went to Anstey to meet with Cllr Deborah Taylor and Cllr Paul Baines. We met in the Nook Corner Café where we had a fine full English breakfast, served with aplomb by the café’s owner Sharon.
